2026Jingshan Temple Spring Outing
On April 10, all members of the lab went on a spring outing to Jingshan Temple in Yuhang. After arriving at Hengban Parking Lot, we found the hiking trail with directions from a kind local villager. The 2-kilometer hiking route was full of stunning scenery. Bamboo forests covering the hills swayed like green waves in the wind, and dragonflies with blue tails could be spotted along the way! Everyone was amazed. Our Basque postdoc was curious about the tea plants by the roadside. We gave him a detailed introduction and picked fresh...

2026Team You Attends the 35th Annual Meeting of the Chinese Chemical Society
The 35th Annual Meeting of the Chinese Chemical Society was successfully held in Chongqing from April 11 to 14, 2026. Experts and scholars from universities and research institutes across the country gathered in the mountain city to exchange the latest research findings and cutting-edge advances in chemistry. This grand event actively promoted academic exchanges. While learning about frontier research trends, Professor You Xiao delivered an academic report entitled Regulation of Drug-Protein Binding by Soft Condensate Surface-Based Kinetics, introducing...

2026Congratulations to Postdoc Muhammad Haroon on the new publication !
Recently, Dr. Muhammad Haroon, a postdoctoral researcher in our team, published an article in Advanced Optical Materials entitled Chiral Gold Nanohelices: Engineering Plasmonic Chirality via Stereoselective Binding for Enantioselective Recognition. The paper introduces a novel dual-mode platform that elegantly combines the intrinsic chirality of gold nanostructures with targeted molecular recognition. Enantiomers (mirror-image molecules) play important roles in pharmacology and other fields...

2026The installation and commissioning of the two-dimensional infrared spectroscopy system have been completed !
On August 22, 2024, Tom Brinzer, an engineer from PHASETECH, visited our laboratory to supervise the installation and signal tuning of the 2DQuick IR system in person. After the installation, Tom provided on-site training for lab members, elaborating on system operation, data processing and maintenance points in detail. Under Tom’s guidance, everyone operated the key components of the system and discussed the complex theoretical basis behind the 2DQuick IR system...
